SHIPPING POLICY

Any orders placed before 5 pm Monday to Friday will be processed and dispatched within 3-4 working days, excluding bank holidays. The reasoning behind this is due to the individual creation of every candle and diffuser being hand poured and mixed with every purchase made.


Additional delivery times may be needed for Scotland and other rural areas. Additional time may be needed when completing specialised or personalised products.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

A refund can be granted if you are not 100% satisfied, or if there is a problem with your order, that is caused by Lint and Kemp. As a consumer, you have the right to make contact with us within the first 14 days. We advise that you complete an email that explains in detail the issues, along with a copy of your order and any other information you wish to provide, to Lintandkemp@gmail.com.

Times, when a refund may be declined, is if the item, when returned, shows signs of unreasonable use. Examples include, candles burnt incorrectly or signs the consumer has not followed the Candle Care information that is provided with every order. At Lint and Kemp, we ensure that if we believe this is the case, then we would provide a full breakdown with
evidence.


If you are unhappy with a product purchased on the Lint and Kemp website, and therefore, within the 14 days cooling-off period choose a refund over an exchange, then we require 30 days to process the refund once the item has been returned to us. We will ensure to always keep you informed via email or if necessary telephone at every stage.

We cannot refund any item purchased from other retailers or items from the Lint & Kemp range that have not been directly purchased from the official site. It is advised to check with the vendor directly on what they do in regards to returns and refunds. We will always be happy to advise and help with any issues. To do this please email using

It is always advised that you keep proof of postage when returning an item in the unlikely event it is lost in transit. At Lint and Kemp, we do not accept liability for any goods damaged or lost in transit.


If you require a full refund we will refund the price paid for any goods, including the price paid for delivery, within the 28 days cooling-off period and also within the 30 days of receiving the products that you have returned to us. This does not include any special premium delivery options arranged.


If a full refund is not available due to unreasonable uses, then in some cases we may give a partial refund or you can choose to arrange for the items to be returned to you within the 28 days of our notification.


The consumer's rights to return goods does not apply when:

CANCELLATION POLICY

As a consumer who made an online purchase, you may, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 cancel your order and request a refund or exchange within 28 working days from delivery. It is strongly advised to make contact via lintandkemp@gmail.com with your enquiry before your order is processed and out for delivery. It is not always the case, but to make things easier, contact within the first 48hrs is advised.


Unless the items are faulty, you are required to arrange and pay for the cost of returning them to us. Proof of postage is required. If the items contain liquids then you should consult with the postal service, you are using to ensure you follow the rules and guidelines.
